SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on all orders over $300.
Our shipping is calculated by groups.
- Small products = $16
- Medium products = $40
- Large products = $120
Our shipping process can take a few weeks as our products are shipped direct from our warehouse/supplier. We will contact you once your item has been shipped and is on its way! Please feel free to contact us at any point waiting for your product if you have any questions. We will be happy to help out.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. **Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Exchanges: If you are wanting to exchange your item you may exchange it within 30 days of your item being delivered. Contact us to initiate an exchange and receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Please note that price differences will apply, and we'll either refund or charge the difference accordingly.
We use a handling fee to cover the costs associated with processing packaging orders. This fee helps us ensure that your order is carefully prepared and shipped to you in a timely manner. We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers, and the handling fee is an important part of that commitment. Our handling fee for every order is $4.
